Our products support the work of nonprofits and associations tackling our country’s most pressing social and economic challenges.

Accounts & Billing

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Western Union, Zelle, Interac e-transfers, and Pay ID. For other payment options, please contact our team via WhatsApp at +92 325 0264925.

We will keep you updated on your gift’s status via email and WhatsApp. Delivery to the recipient takes 4-6 weeks. For individual gifts, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation and a thank-you video from the recipient. We also share an impact report quarterly.

Return & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality. Currently, we are only focusing on one product i.e. customised wheelchairs. Customised products are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturer defect or have been damaged in shipping. However, the policy may change based on the future gift products.

We have a no refund policy on all services and products we offer.
