The platform is designed and operated by Zeen Global Consultancy – FZCO to ensure a seamless gifting experience. We believe that the most sustainable way to drive change is through enterprise, creating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and providing a global platform for impactful giving.
Yes! In 2022, we became a certified company and were registered with all the required legal authorities in Pakistan, and in 2024, we expanded our registration to the USA.

We will keep you updated on your gift’s status via email and WhatsApp. Delivery to the recipient takes 4-6 weeks. For individual gifts, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation and a thank-you video from the recipient. We also share an impact report quarterly.
Return & Refund Policy
We stand by the quality. Currently, we are only focusing on one product i.e. customised wheelchairs. Customised products are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturer defect or have been damaged in shipping. However, the policy may change based on the future gift products.
We have a no refund policy on all services and products we offer.
