Kinza Arshad’s Journey of Hope: Sidra Maqsoom’s Support for a Child of Parents with Disability
Kinza Arshad is a bright 5th-grade student at Vision Grammar School, Multan, who dreams of becoming a doctor one day. Despite her young age, she carries a strong sense of responsibility shaped by her difficult home circumstances. Both of her parents are disabled—her mother is suffering from a spinal cord injury, while her father is an arm amputee—making daily life and educational support a constant struggle for the family.
Her educational journey has been made possible through the scholarship gifted by Sidra Maqsoom. With the support of Subah Sehar, an initiative by Niaz Support, Kinza has been able to continue her studies without interruption. This platform has helped reduce the financial burden on her family and restored hope during a challenging time. It stands as a meaningful example of supporting children of disabled parents in education, ensuring that financial hardship does not become a barrier to learning.
Niaz Support continues to support education for parents with disabilities and inclusive learning opportunities. Kinza’s story reflects resilience and hope, showing that with the right support, even the most difficult circumstances cannot stop a child from pursuing their dreams and building a brighter future.
