Beyond Limitations: The Inspiring Story of Abeera Sahar
Abeera Sahar, a 10-year-old student from Hunza, Pakistan, is currently studying in Grade 7. She is a bright and determined child with an inspiring ambition—to become an eye specialist. Her dream is deeply personal, shaped by her lived experiences and the challenges within her family.
Abeera’s father is blind, and she is also facing vision-related challenges. Rather than being discouraged by these circumstances, she has transformed them into a source of motivation. She now understands how important eyesight is, and this has made her more determined to help others protect or improve their vision. Alongside her academic excellence, she is learning the Chinese language, actively participates in school activities, and has a passion for singing, where her confident voice reflects her talent and creativity.
With the generous support of a kind donor, Abeera has been enrolled at Al-Amyn Model School in Hunza. Through Subah Sehar, Niaz Support’s education initiative, she is receiving full educational support, including her school uniform, books, learning materials, and health insurance. This support is helping her continue her studies with stability and hope, bringing her dream of becoming an eye specialist closer to reality.
