Muhammad Iftikhar, a 40-year-old man from South Punjab, has been living with a Thoracic (T-spine) spine disability since 2001. His life changed completely after the onset of this condition, turning even simple daily movements into a constant challenge. In Pakistan, where support systems for persons with disabilities are still developing, his journey reflects the silent struggles faced by many individuals living with long-term physical disabilities. Despite these hardships, he continues to show strength and resilience in his everyday life.
