A Sehri That United Hearts
This Sehri was not just a gathering. It marked a shift from individual impact to collective inclusion.
The evening began with the host entering the venue, followed by beneficiaries of Niaz Support, many of whom had received customised wheelchairs by Niaz Support. Individuals who had previously been part of separate wheelchair distribution moments were now present together in one space.
For the first time, these beneficiaries were not seen individually. They were interacting as a community.
Hussain Odhwani, CEO of Niaz Support and recognized as the Best Social Entrepreneur Pakistan, welcomed the host Agha Hasnain and facilitated introductions. Goodwill ambassadors and dedicated volunteers of Niaz Support were introduced, reflecting the collective effort behind advancing disability inclusion and social impact Pakistan.
As the Sehri began, the environment shifted from a formal gathering to a shared social experience. Beneficiaries, ambassadors, and volunteers sat together, engaged in conversation, and participated in the evening as equals.
This was a significant moment.
Niaz Support, Pakistan’s first award-winning social enterprise Pakistan and a top disability organization Pakistan, has consistently driven impact through customised wheelchairs and custom wheelchairs Pakistan. With distribution across Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and all provinces nationwide, the organization has reached thousands of persons with disabilities.
However, this gathering represented a different dimension of impact.
It demonstrated what happens beyond mobility support. It showed how individuals, once connected through assistance, can come together as a community. A space where interaction, confidence, and belonging become visible outcomes of disability inclusion.
The Sehri, organized by PSCOPWD for Niaz Support’s goodwill ambassadors and volunteers, highlighted the importance of creating environments where persons with disabilities are not only supported, but included in shared social experiences.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit USA, Niaz Support continues to enable zakat donation USA, sadaqah, and tax deductible donation opportunities, ensuring the sustainability of such initiatives.
This was not just an event.
It was a clear example of inclusive Pakistan in practice.
